Manning Park is hosting its Annual Family-Friendly event Parks Day, this year on July 20th, 2024. Join us in celebrating the diversity and beauty of Manning Park. It’s a fun-filled day of crafts, face painting, informative booths, a delicious BBQ and more!

Location:  Lightning Lake Day Use Area

When:  Saturday, July 20th from 11am till 3pm

Please Note:  This event is free and fun for the whole family, with the exception of the BBQ, which is cash only.

Party Hardy with Jerry the Moose, enjoy some fishing fun with Freshwater Fisheries Society, enter our Parks Day Art Contest and show off your spectacular skills, fancy up your face with some creative face painting, and meet our community partners to learn more about Manning Park and the natural wonders of our breathtaking surroundings.
