It’s a fun-filled day of crafts\, face painting\, informative booths\, a delicious BBQ and more! \nLocation:  Lightning Lake Day Use Area \nWhen:  Saturday\, July 19th from 11am till 3pm \nPlease Note:  This event is free and fun for the whole family\, with the exception of the BBQ\, which is cash only. \nParty Hardy with Jerry the Moose\, enjoy some fishing fun with Freshwater Fisheries Society\, enter our Parks Day Art Contest and show off your spectacular skills\, fancy up your face with some creative face painting\, and meet our community partners to learn more about Manning Park and the natural wonders of our breathtaking surroundings. \n  \nQuick Facts: \n\nBritish Columbia has one of the biggest parks and protected area systems in North America.\nAlmost 20 million people visit British Columbia’s provincial parks each year.\nParking fees were eliminated at provincial parks in 2011\, making them more accessible to B.C. families.
