Allow the experts at Manning Park Resort to guide your child through skiing basics. With programs like KinderSki, Manning Park Resort combines play and instruction for children aged 4 to 6 years. The right foundation will have your child enjoying the slopes for years to come!
*Please Note: There is a resort-wide reservation from February 13-16, 2023, inclusively. Only tickets will be available during this time. No equipment rental or snow school lessons will be offered.
KinderSki Lessons for children aims to provide a basic understanding for beginner skiers at a younger age. Fun-loving instructors will focus on the progression of your child’s skiing. Safety and stopping is the primary focus. Once you’re ready to take it to the next level, we offer the Bear Tracks Ski Club, a 4-week kids club to build on the fundamentals of KinderSki, and enable your child to have fun with others while progressing their skiing.

KinderSki Lesson
- Ski Lessons for Kids Aged 4 – 6
Instill a love for the snow early on by teaching your child to ski. Our professional, fun-loving instructors will show your children the basics, with a focus on staying safe on the slopes, as well as how to stop! This lesson will take place in our beginner area and will have access to the Handle Tow. Kinderski will be a private lesson, therefore a maximum of 1 child per instructor. This is an ideal lesson for children aged 4-6 at all levels of skiing.
*A parent or guardian is required to be present during this lesson.

Bears Tracks Ski Club
- 4-week Ski Club for Kids Aged 4 - 6
Bear Tracks Ski Club is a wonderful resource for younger children who want to learn and progress with their skiing. For 4 consecutive weeks, your child will be with other children of similar age. The kids will be provided with a consistent, fun-loving instructor that will focus on the progression of your child skiing. While keeping safety in mind at all times, they will be building skill sets onto turn shapes and control whilst progressing to steeper terrain.
Up to 3 children per group.

Saturdays at 1:15pm - 2:45pm
Length: 1.5 hour lesson each week, for 4 consecutive weeks
Session 1: Jan 6, 13, 20, 27
Session 2: Feb 3, 10, 17, 24
Rentals:Â Discounted 4-week ski rental available for $78
Minimum required skill level: Students must be able to snowplow unassisted.

This is a parent-run organization through the Nancy Greene Ski League.
Registration is now open for kids aged 6 & up. Join this great ski community to get your kids active on the snow, meet new friends and learn some great skills. Season Pass discount applies to registered athletes.
