Trail Pass Rates-COMING SOON!!

Use of any groomed cross country ski trail requires the purchase and display of a valid
trail pass.

Flex Passes

$100.00 incl. tax (buy 5 tickets and get the 6th for free!)

Terms and conditions:
Flex passes are not interchangeable, and are to be used only by the person listed as "Pass User".
Flex passes are non-refundable for unused portions.
Flex passes are to be used one day at a time
Flex Passes are only valid for the season stated on the front of the pass
No Replacements of lost or stolen Flex Passes

CROSS COUNTRY SKIER RESPONSIBILITY CODE

There are elements of risk that common sense and personal awareness can help
reduce. Regardless of how you decide to use the trails, always show courtesy to others. Please
adhere to the code listed below and share with others the responsibility for a safe
outdoor experience.

• Always check posted trail conditions.
• Ski in indicated direction and obey all posted signs and warnings. Keep off closed trails.
• Always ski to the right when meeting on-coming skiers and when skiing on a double track.
• Yield the track to faster skiers and skiers calling “TRACK”
• Ski in control. On two way trails descending skiers have the right-of-way.
• Do not stop where you obstruct a trail or are not visible to others. Move off the track quickly
if you fall or during rest stops.
• Do not litter. Take out what you pack in. Respect all property.
• Report all incidents.

INFORMATION

-Manning Provincial Park provides an extensive Nordic experience that includes 30kms of
groomed classic and skate ski trails and over 160kms of scenic back country trails.
-All groomed trails require a trail pass to access and tickets must be visible at all times
on the trail.
-Back country trails do not require a ticket.
-Your pass includes one complimentary lift at the ski area t-bar, so if you can brave the ride,
you can end up at the Day Lodge! Be sure to hand off your Ticket to the Lift operator.

SHUTTLE

(Shuttle bus times are in the Alpine tab under Shuttle Bus)

A shuttle service runs regularly from Manning Park Lodge to the Down Hill Ski Area.
Strawberry Flats is a popular drop off and pick up point, with some incredible beginner terrain.
The fire will be going in the warming hut which is a great spot for lunch on a cold day. Just
let your friendly bus driver know where you would like to be let off.

NOTES

USE OF GROOMED TRAILS REQUIRES A TRAIL PASS!!
-Tickets must be visible at all times on the trail.
-Back country trails do not require a ticket.

DO NOT WALK OR SNOWSHOE ON GROOMED SKI TRAILS!!
-See Nordic Staff for information on designated Snowshoe and Walking trails.
-If travel is absolutely necessary on the trails, Walk to the EXTREME RIGHT OR LEFT of the track, and NOT DOWN THE CENTRE.

DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON GROOMED SKI TRAILS!!
(with the only exception being Beaver Pond Multi-Use Trail) Pets are permitted on Snowshoe and Back Country Trails. Please ensure that dogs are leashed at all times.
