* Peak winter & Holiday rates are within the winter rates. Weekends are Friday/Saturday. Holidays will be relayed to the customer during the booking call.

MANNING PARK RESORT RESERVATION POLICY

As of April 25 we have new management and are currently transitioning between ownerships.
Be aware that all rates and policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

Deposit Requirements

A deposit equaling the fee of your 1st night’s stay in the chosen accommodation is required at the time of booking and does not include tax.
Bookings for all Cabins, Chalets and the Last Resort have a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Group reservations require a deposit for each accommodation booked. If you have a group booking of 20 people or more (15 and older) you may be eligible for group rates. Please contact our Group Sales Manager for further details.
The Last Resort requires a deposit equaling the fee of the 1st night's stay, is non-refundable and does not include tax. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your arrival without penalty. Cancellation within 14 days of scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
If you wish to make a cancellation due to a change of rate or policy your deposit will be refunded.
If you do not show up for your reservation and have not received a cancellation confirmation you may be charged for your entire stay. Ensure that you have your cancellation #.
Group cancellations or changes require 30 days notice for full refund.

Last Resort
Deposits for the Last Resort are all non-refundable and there is a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Rates

Rates are based on our included occupancy of:

- Lodge rooms rates include 2 Adults
- Cabins and Chalets include 4 Adults
- Last Resort includes 50 Adults

Extra adults & teenagers(15 +) are $10/night each.
Children 14 and under are free.

Rates are subject to change at any time without notice.

All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and subject to 8% Hotel Tax & 5%GST.

Check In/Out Times

Check in - from 4:00 pm
Check out - by 11:00 am

For earlier or later times please notify at time of booking. We cannot commit to your request until your arrival/departure day. There are no guarantees on early check-in’s or late check-outs.

Dog Policy

Dogs are welcome in select cabins and chalets only. Please advise us when booking that your pet(s) will be arriving with you. There is a fee of $25.00 charged every 3 nights and a maximum of 2 dogs per unit.
Dogs are not permitted in the Lodge, Last Resort, select Cabins or the Pinewoods building.
Please contact guest services for further details.

Smoking Policy

All buildings within the Resort including all guests rooms are non-smoking, with a $150 applicable fee. This is strictly enforced so please avoid smoking in our Resort. Smoking outside is permitted in most locations.

When hiking and exploring Manning Park please do not litter your butts and find an ashtray. We work hard at keeping our resort and park clean and need your support.

LODGE ROOMS

Forty-one hotel rooms, a fireside lounge, games room, and group gathering facilities.
Each room features a full bathroom, small bar fridge, microwave, TV, telephone, and in-room coffee. No dishware.

Queen Room

Two Queen Beds.
Maximum occupancy - 4 people.

CABINS

Our Cabins and Chalets are located within minutes of the Main Lodge and all the amenities (pool, restaurant and store).
All Cabins and Chalets have a minimum stay of 2 nights - 3 nights are required on long weekends.

Standard Cabins

• Two bedrooms: first with double bed, second with two sets of bunk beds (4 single beds), one full bathroom.
• Living room area with double hide-a-bed.
• TV, microwave, kitchen equipped with cooking and eating utensils for 8 people.
• All linens provided.
• Maximum occupancy - 8 people.
• Wheel-chair ramp available upon request.

Deluxe Cabins

• Three bedrooms: first and second with queen-sized bed, third with two sets of bunk beds (4 single beds), one bathroom.
• Living room with double hide-a-bed, gas fireplace, and TV.
• Kitchen equipped with microwave, cooking and eating utensils for 10 persons.
• Bar sink and drying rack.
• All linens provided.
• Maximum occupancy - 10 people.
• Wheel-chair ramp available upon request.

Chalets

• Tri-plex units with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and central kitchen.
• Two bedrooms: both with double bed and two sets of bunks (4 single beds), TV, and bathroom.
• Full kitchen and bathroom in center unit, double hide-a-bed, TV, cooking and eating utensils for 14 persons.
• All linens provided.
• Maximum occupancy - 14 people.

Please note: Cabins and chalets are not equipped with telephones. There are payphones located in and around the Main Lodge. There is no cellular phone service between Hope and Princeton.

THE LAST RESORT

A combination of Double beds, Single Beds and Bunk beds.
Note: the Last Resort requires a non-refundable deposit and a two night minimum stay.

• 12 Bunk Beds
• 3 Bunk Beds with a single on top and a double on the bottom
• 15 Single Beds
• 2 Double Beds.
• Maximum occupancy: 50 people.

AMENITIES

Country Store

Opened May 15th, 2013. Hours of operation from May 21st to June 8th: Sun through Thu 8:00AM - 7:00PM. Fri & Sat 8:00AM to 8:00PM.
Future hours of operation coming up soon.
The country store provides souvenirs, snacks, gifts, clothes and basic groceries. Stop by if you need a quick energy fix, or a piece of Manning Park to remember your stay.

Pinewoods Restaurant and Bears Den Pub - More info

Opened May 15th, 2013. Hours of operation from May 21st to June 8th: Monn through Thu 8:00AM - 7:00PM. Fri & Sat 7:30AM to 8:00PM. Sun 7:30AM - 7:00PM

Bears Den's Hours of operation coming up soon.
Enjoy dinner at the Pinewoods Restaurant or a refreshing drink at the Bears Den Pub located downstairs.
The Pinewoods building is able to cater large groups or the single hiker. Groups over 10 please make a reservation.

Loon Lagoon Indoor Pool - More info

Full operations started May 15th, 2013: Open daily from 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

At our Loon Lagoon we are pleased to offer our guests a place to relax and rejuvenate. A heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and exercise room provide everything you need to ease your muscles after a long day of hiking or playing in the snow.
Located behind the Lodge, this building also houses a Laundry-mat for guests.

Beside the Loon Lagoon is our sport court area for tennis or basketball. This area also has a large outdoor fire pit close by.
In the winter this area hosts our outdoor skating rink. It is an outdoor rink hens is subject to weather and may close at any time due to above freezing temperatures.


Our exercise room has a full range of free weights and several machines for powerful muscle building. An incline bike, elliptical, or programmable treadmill are available for those looking to raise their heart rate!

Guests staying in our Resort accommodations are eligible to use the Loon Lagoon facilities and may pick up a towel from Front Desk.
All park visitors can use the Loon Lagoon for a $5.00/person fee. This fee does not include a towel.

Laundromat

A guest laundry is located next to the Loon Lagoon within the same building. The facility includes pay-per-use washers and dryers.
